Q: How does your frequent buyer program work?
A: Each participating food manufacturer sponsors its own program. The general premise is you buy a certain number of bags of the same size and receive one free.
Q: How does your price match work?
A: Bring in a competitor’s flyer or coupon and we will honour it. Does another store sell an identical product that we have in stock for less? No problem. With one quick phone call to verify the price, we will match it.
Q: If my pet is having a problem with his food, can you help?
A: We listen to our customers and are constantly educating ourselves on food, supplements, and behaviours. In fact, one of our customers testified, “Global Pet Foods is the best in giving advice for different kinds of food and supplements.”
Q: Do you really have a 100% guarantee on your food?
A: Yes, we do. Just bring back the bag you had purchased from us, unopened or opened. We will give you a full refund and will be happy to work with you to find something else.
Q: My dog pulls and pulls on our walks. Do you have anything to help?
A: We have many solutions. Bring your dog with you, so we can find the best walking aid for both of you. We will size it right and let you try it out around the store too! Can’t bring your dog? No problem. If it doesn’t work, you can bring it back. All we ask is that it be with the original packaging and in like-new condition.
Q: Is it true you carry raw? Is that the right solution for my pet?
A: We do carry many raw foods, and we’ll work with you to determine if raw will work for you and your pet.
Q: What’s the difference between the hays you sell? What’s best for my rabbit?
A: We carry many manufacturers’ hays, but the two main types of hay are grass and legume. Timothy is a type of grass hay that is good for adult rabbits, while Alfalfa is a legume that is best for young or pregnant rabbits. Visit us in store and we’ll be happy to help you.
